The Northumbrian National Party The NNP was formed in 1999 - but really organised in 2000 - by a few Northumbrian militants to fill the political emptiness which threatened the existence of the Northumbrian culture, dialect, and the County of Northumberland itself. So, in the future, Northumberland needs a legal political party, restricted itself to an autonomism where culture and social claims must prevailing.
